The sound is fine, no real complaints there, but the battery life is disappointing. I was expecting it to last longer based on what was promised, but in reality it drains faster than I thought it would. It lasts a few hours, so it’s not terrible, but I still end up having to charge it every day, which is annoying.

I had a really frustrating experience with their customer support. I raised a complaint and waited for days, but never got any proper response from an actual person.
All I received were those basic automated messages, and after that it was just silence. I kept following up, but it genuinely felt like nobody was looking into it or cared enough to check.

For such a popular brand, I expected much better. It kind of gives the impression that they’re quick to take your money, but not as quick to help when there’s a problem. I’m still stuck with the issue, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

So far, the Bluetooth connection has been solid... no random drops or issues. It’s been working really well for me.

But after just about 2 months, one side stopped working completely, and I wasn’t even using them roughly—mostly just office calls and some music. The build also started feeling cheap after a bit of use. What annoyed me even more was how unclear the communication was around what to do next or how the warranty process works. I expected them to last much longer than this. Definitely not buying again.

The return pickup itself went smoothly, so no complaints there. The weird part is that the refund took longer than I expected, and support was a bit slow to reply at times. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the process could definitely be faster.

The tracking link didn’t even work, and customer support kept sending the same copy-paste reply every time I asked. I feel stupid for trusting this would be decent. The sound is flat and just weird overall, the bass is muddy, and the vocals are hard to hear clearly. Even at a normal volume it sounds cheap. Definitely not happy with this purchase.

At first I thought it looked decent and I really wanted to like it, but after wearing it for a while it started to feel uncomfortable in a way I just couldn’t ignore, like the design wasn’t really thought through for actual use, so even though it looks okay, I ended up taking it off because it hurt too much.

It showed up way later than expected, and they didn’t really make it easy to figure out where it was. The tracking wasn’t much help either, so it was frustrating.
